Helpful Information

• Bunkhouse has air conditioning/heating and has a large covered porch, kitchen, t.v. room, two restroom/showers, and plenty of bunks. Just bring your own bedrolls, hygiene gear, and towels.
• We have a covered skinning rack with dual winch up gambrels. Water and a cooler for hanging your animals is available.
• We have stands available for you to use (short tripods and ladder stands) but feel free to bring your own pop-up blinds. Natural brush blinds with a small trimmed shooting window work well also. Staying hidden and using the wind to your advantage are crucial to a successful hunt.
• You will be transported to and from your blind. The "feed route" will be run after all hunters are set up. Excessive corning in front of your blind may spook off game.
• The town of Pearsall is nearby and there are restaraunts, a Walmart, and other essential businesses.
• There is no ice machine available. Please bring ice in your coolers or it may be necessary to purchase some in town after the hunt.
• You must provide your own food and drinks.
• We can assist you in skinning, cleaning, and caping your animals.
• We have a bow target available for fine tuning and recreational shooting.
• BBQ pits are available for outdoor cooking
• Tracking dog is available for finding wounded game.
